WAY TO GO RHETT!!!!

This past saturday the 25th of June Rhett was racing up in Show Low at Thunder Raceway. Well he got drawn for the trophy dash at the beginning of the races and guess what HE WON IT! I'm so proud of him but now that he's won once already this season for the trophy dash he cant be selected to race another one till next season. That's all right because I don't know where we're going to place all these trophies he keeps getting. Last season he didn't miss a single race which got him the title of ROOKIE OF THE YEAR for 2010! Also he placed 15th out of everyone that raced. Rhett has come a long ways since last year from just learning to now he's kickin butt! I'm so happy that he gets to do what he loves and if it wasn't for Josh it wouldn't have been possible.

Summer Fun

So far this summer Kyson has been having some fun! He has got to play with our neighbors the Phelps kids and had so much fun with them. He has also got to go swimming a few times once with Brian and Val's kids at the Snowflake pool then once with Mama at her friends Mary Lynn at her mom's place. Then he went skinny dippin at Aunt Christy's house with the kids and John and Christy. I hope to have more exciting times with him this summer.

BIGGEST LOSER

Well it's out and about that Lindsay, Mom, Christy and I are all doing the biggest loser with each other. We've been doing it for 3 weeks so far and so far I've been doing pretty good. The first week both mom and I lost 3 lbs then the 2nd week I lost 1. The 3rd week I didn't lose any and didn't gain any but I have been walking everyday with a friend of mine and her son. Mary Lynn and Jonathon started walking with Kyson and I once I went and woke them up and told them to come walking with me. Ok so I didn't tell them to I asked them to but they decided to go with us and we've been walking now for 2 weeks and already my legs are getting more toned and I think I lost an inch or so in the belly because my pants fit a little better now but not as well and I'd like them to. So here we are on the beginning of week 4 and I am so determined to lose weight that I am aiming for 15 lbs down before my birthday. That's still 4 months away so hopefully I can do it. As for now I've been walking and I've also been playing softball with our ward which has been really fun. I've been trying to be positive and give motivation to those who are in it with me. I just love that one! I got this in an email and just had to post it because this is what I believe happens to my clothes at night.

JoAnn sent this one to me in an email as well and this is so true. I step on the scale and cry but lately as I've lost a few pounds and hopefully more (lots more) to come I wont cry as much.

Memorial Day Camping

Memorial day weekend we took Kyson camping for the first time! Lets just say he loved it and hated to come home. He got to play in the dirt all day long which meant he got to be outside with out me telling him no don't touch that or come over here. He got so dirty it was funny. He got to feed a chipmunk and loved watching it eat the bread we threw to him. He tried to go over to it but like all wild animals the little guy ran away. I took quite a few pictures of Kyson enjoying the great out doors! We're hoping to go out camping again soon this summer.
