Weekend Fun

So this past weekend Rhett and I were givin Diamondback tickets by Josh Craner (His Boss) for the friday night game against the Washington Nationals. The seats were down the third base line and 23 rows up. It was so close to the field and exciting. No foul balls were hit to us just further back or way in front. I was hoping Rhett would be able to catch one for us. I was having trouble even sitting or standing for my foot had swelled and was as big as a grate fruit and was very painful. The Diamondbacks lost 4 to 3 but it was still a really good game.

Saturday we drove around looking for yard sales and then went and walked the Chandler Fashion Mall and then the Tempe Marketplace Mall. Well by the end of the day my foot again was a grate fruit and so we had to go back to the hotel and prop it up.
Sunday before returning home we decided to go walk the Goldfield Ghost Town and then go to Tortilla Flats. We took some pictures for you all to see.

Anyone for a pint?

Wow they had Jeeps back then? Who Knew! They never showed those in the movies!

Can you imagin being in a fight and getting punched off the second story deck?

Small water tower if you ask me.

Ice Cream anyone?

What it would have been to live in these days?

I love the spiral stair case on this old victorian home.

I could barely squeeze through the bars with my belly getting as big as it is already. If we had waited til next month I doubt I would have gotten in.

Bars just don't look that great on me.

Look he's a little birdy (kaka kaka)

Oh it's not that bad in there! Oh you want the bar to pirch!

Something smells good!
Wow the winds here must be aweful.
Does anyone want to go in and sing some songs?

I'll take the train thanks.

Let's take the rickity old bridge!

Awe finally water

So beautiful

So many boats

Full view

And you thought you were going to get away with just scenic pictures. Well guess again! What would our blog be with out a picture of us at a new place?

Saddle em up cowboy!
Hope they have a restroom close!
Didn't know Horses could become petrified.

I knew he was with them!
