New Recipe!!!!

I love finding new recipes as you all know. I haven't be able to afford to do any other ones that are extravagant so here is a cheap and easy one to do that we found out that we really like.
Porcupine Meat Balls
2 lbs Hamburger 350 Degrees for 1 hour
1/2 lb Pork Sausage
1/2 C. Raw Rice
1 Egg beaten
1/2 C. Milk
1/2 C. Onion chopped fine
2 buds Garlic chopped fine or (1/2 tsp garlic salt your choice)
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Chili Powder (Opt.)
Mix all together and form into balls then brown in skillet to get most of the grease out. After they brown place in baking pan.
Then take
1 Can Cream of Tomato Soup (10 1/2 oz)
1 Can Tomato Sauce (8 oz)
1 C. Hot Water
Mix together- drizzle over meat balls and bake!
If made right should make 25 to 30 meat balls.
Goes great with Lipton's onion soup mix red potatoes. YUMMY!!!
