4 Months and Chubby!

Well it's a new year and Kyson is growing like a weed! He is already 4 months old and is such a happy smiley baby! Wednesday we went to the Dr's for his 4 month check up and shots and we found out that is is now weighing 13 lbs and 10 oz and is 25 inches long. Dr Dewitt just loves Kyson and cant help but hold him every time he See's him. Dr Dewitt also asked me if I still love Kyson and I told him yes. He then said that if I ever get tired of him that he'll take him for me. He is such a funny doctor! Kyson got 3 different shots that day and so he was not a very happy baby the rest of the day or Thursday! Kyson has been one lucky baby so far. He has not caught anything that I have caught and that's even with him spending most of the time with me. I caught Strep Throat last week and surprisingly he never once showed signs of catching it.
Dr. Dewitt has now given us the ok on starting Kyson on rice cereal and baby foods. He loves his rice cereal with fruit in it. Kyson now thinks that anything on a spoon now belongs to him. Just the other morning Rhett was eating cereal for breakfast and was also holding Kyson and every time Rhett would bring the spoon close to Kyson's face to get to Rhett's mouth Kyson would start smacking his lips like ok is that bite going to be mine! He is getting so big and he is just so much fun! He has now discovered his toes and loves to play with them! Also he is now in size 2 of diapers and is in 3 to 6 month clothes. I'm still trying to find a way of slowing down the growing process but I know there isn't one. I will just have to keep taking pictures and posting them for everyone to see how big he is getting all the time. This was such a funny night! Rhett had Kyson up on his shoulder and Rhett's hair was just long enough to touch Kyson's chin. Rhett would rub his hair against his chin and Kyson would just laugh!

Hanging out in his bouncer! Which now we definitely have to keep on the floor. Kyson has now figured out that if he stiffens up and arches his back he can tip his bouncer backwards!
