Weekend in Mesa

Rhett and I went down to Mesa this past weekend and I got to meet his Mom and grandparents for the first time. We got there around 1 in the afternoon and spent seven hours over at his grandparents house with his mom and her significant other with her. We all went out to dinner to Denney's and just spent the rest of the time over at the house catching up on old times. His family was really nice and very funny and I really enjoyed meeting them.

Rhett and I then went and spent some time with each other and enjoyed our time in the warm climent. We were both wishing that we didn't have to come back up to the cold. Sunday we spent the evening over at David and Tami's new house and had dinner when Mom and Dad called David and told him it was starting to snow. I was not thrilled one bit because I'm not ready for the winter days to come. I want to be were it's warm.

Monday Rhett and I went and walked the old town Mesa and really enjoyed ourselves and just being outside. We were trying to waste time before having to go get our rings from being cleaned at the jewlers.

Tuesday we met up with my friend Sherel over at Tempe Market place and really had fun catching up on the time we havent seen each other for over a year. But the good times had to end and we had to head back up the mountain to the cold terrain.
